Granola | A Healthy Breakfast

Hello everyone 🙂

I have a new obsession; Granola. I’ve always loved having muesli or porridge for breakfast as it’s nice and filling, however I fancied a change. I picked up this Jordan’s Super Berry Granola and fell in love instantly.


The ingredients are blackcurrants, blueberries, cranberries and almonds, mixed with honey-baked oats. Delicious! And not only does it taste good, it also does good for your health by lowering your cholesterol.

I like to eat it either with some skimmed milk or with yoghurt. Adding some fresh fruit is also a nice way to spice up your breakfast.
