This will come as no surprise to anyone who knows me, but by far my favourite part about my stay in Madrid was the incredible food.
After a long and stressful week at Uni, on Saturday I decided to give myself the day off and headed into town with my camera (which doesn’t get nearly as much love as it should anymore!).

As I’m typing this my house literally feels like the depths of hell – we’re currently having a ‘mini heatwave’ here in the UK and none of us are dealing with it well at all. I just can’t cope with hot weather – I’ve already spent half the day stood in front of the freezer!
Breakfast is easily my favourite meal of the day. When I have the time I love whipping up some banana pancakes for my family, or if alone treating myself to poached egg on toast. But sometimes, I need something quicker and easier but just as delicious.
